Check-out time is 11 AM.  A late check-out fee will be automatically posted to your account at $25 per hour up until 2 PM.  If you check out post 2 PM, there will be a full night's charge levied to your account.


Children are always welcome. Those over 18 are considered adults. A crib can be requested for free for children between the ages of one and three.  We do not offer cots or rollaway beds.

48 hours


We have a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 48 hours prior to your arrival date check-in time. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night.

There is a nearby parking structure if you are arriving by car.  We have a relationship with a third-party parking garage.  Parking is based on a first-come, first-served basis at a cost of $33 for a small car per night and $43 for an oversized vehicle overnight, and there are no in and out privileges.  You must park at iPark, located at 55 West 26th Street, and bring your parking voucher to the hotel for validation.

Terms & Conditions

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.  There is a $100 security deposit that is refundable and must be associated with a major credit card.
